It has been said that praying is talking to God and meditation is listening to God. We at Pure Heart Spiritual Center would agree with that description whole heartedly. Here you will find prayers and meditations that you can practice alone or in a group. Many people claim that they do not know how to meditate, so we want to simplfy the process and offer easy guidance to help you along...
Sometimes when we pray, we envoke our "Ancestors", our "Angels" our "Higher Self" to bridge our connection to God. Somehow we feel God may be very far from us, so we pray for assistance in reaching God.
Learning to pray and also to listen to guidance allows us to connect to God source more easily and effortlessly. The more you "tune in" to your "inner guidance", "inner knowing" and "inner directives", the closer you become to your God nature. In many spiritual communities it is believed that God exists inside everyone of us and that we are all extensions/expressions of God in our own personal way. We understand prayer as a way to contact that part of ourselves that "knows" any and all answers to our questions. We meditate to "hear" the answer to those questions, it's that simple.
Some of you may feel more comfortable having someone guide you through a meditation and help you make contact with your "inner knowing" and some of you may only sit in silence to acheive this goal. I can also connect to my guidance while washing dishes or taking a shower, there is no right or wrong approach, it can be woven into your daily tasks and activities, but practice always makes perfect and the more you do, the more you grow.
However you approach prayer, you are calling forth your inner divine guidance to assist you on your journey. You can pray to your loved ones higher self or God nature to help guide and direct them too. We all have built in "GPS" which connects us to the Divine, we only need to make contact.
Below are some prayers and meditations to get you started, please enjoy!
I AM now choosing to cleanse myself and release any and all thought forms, beings, situations and energies that are no longer of service to my highest and greatest good. Across all planes of existance, across all universes, and across all lifetimes. I ask that all energies that are less than love be transmuted for the highest good of all and so it is.
O Great Spirit whose voice I hear in the winds, and whose breath gives life to all the world, hear me! Let me walk in beauty and make my eyes ever behold the red and purple sunset. Make my hands respect the things you have made, and my ears sharp to hear your voice. Let me learn the lessons you have hidden in every leaf and rock. I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy - myself. Make me always ready to come to you with clean hands... and straight eyes. So when life fades, as the fading sunset, my spirit may come to you... without shame.
"I Said A Prayer For You Today" By Bill Anderson
My friend I said a prayer for you today and I know God must've heard
I felt the answer in my heart although He spoke no word
I didn't ask for wealth or fame I knew you wouldn't mind
I ask Him to send you treasure's of a far different kind
I asked that He watch over you at the start of each new day
And grant you health and peace and friend to share your way
I asked for happiness for you in all things great and small
But it was for God's loving care I prayed most of all.
Loved ones may be physically miles away from me, but they are forever in my heart. So when I remember them in my prayers, I do not start with a thought of worry. Rather, I begin my prayer by acknowledging that the "Christ (God) Presence" within them is a part of my "Christ (God) Self". Despite being apart, we are one in the presence of God. I see my dear ones standing in the Truth of who they are.
If they are facing difficulties, I pray that they remain open to the nurturing presence of God-life within that strengthens and guides.
Wherever they may be, each soul can accept the flow of divinity. Each person is one with God's presence and love, and one with me in Spirit. I simply affirm this Truth when I pray.
" Peace In The World Begins With Peace In My Heart"
It is easy to be overwhelmed by conflicts in the world. My peace work begins when I ask, "Is there conflict in my heart?" Are there friends or family I have shut outside my heart? Are there people with beleifs different from my own who see me as an enemy?
Holding bitter feelings of anger, pain, and distrust blocks the flow of peace within me. I recognize that each of us carries a divine spark of Spirit, which connects us. I focus on our connection as I invite divine love to activate the release of any negative feelings that are blocking my peace. My prayers radiate to all those around me, all those in my country and in the world.
"But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.- Maththew 5:44
Happiness cannot be found through great effort and willpower, but is already there, in relaxation and letting- go.
Do not strain yourself, there is nothing to do. Whatever arises in the mind has no importance at all, because it has no reality whatsoever. Don't become attached to it. Don't pass judgement.
Let the game happen on it's own, springing up and falling back-without changing anything-- and all will vanish and reappear, without end.
Only our searching for happiness prevents us from seeing it. It is like a rainbow which you run after without ever catching it. Although it does not exist, it has always been there and accompanies you every instant.
Don't believe in the reality of good and bad experiences; they are like rainbows.
Wanting to grasp the ungraspable, you exhaust yourself in vain. As soon as you relax this grasping, space is there--- open, inviting and comfortable.
So make use of it. All is yours already. Don't search any further. Don't go into the inextricable jungle looking for the elephant who is already quietly at home.
Nothing to do, nothing to force, nothing to want, -and everything happens by itself.

"An exquisite and powerful harvest, this – truly a Book of Common Prayer for our planet's people in this time."

Dr. Bruce Wilkinson, president of Walk Thru the Bible Ministries, takes readers to 1 Chronicles 4:10 to discover how they can release God's miraculous power and experience the blessings God longs to give each of us. The life of Jabez, one of the Bible's most overlooked heroes of the faith, bursts from unbroken pages of genealogies in an audacious, four-part prayer that brings him an extraordinary measure of divine favor, anointing, and protection. Readers who commit to offering the same prayer on a regular basis will find themselves extravagantly blessed by God, and agents of His miraculous power, in everyday life.

Thirty-five hundred years ago, God gave Moses a gift that changed the future of humanity. Some of the most incredible miracles in history came from applying a simple code, activating the power of the creative force of God in the world. we go. Many other films and books have focused on using the Law of Attraction to get the things we believe we need for example, houses, cars, or other goods. The Moses Code takes the next much more important step showing how to use this law to give from the soul, automatically attracting spiritual blessings to us! https://www.amazon.com/Moses-Code-Powerful-Manifestation-History-ebook/dp/B00DJ736PW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525883482&sr=8-1&keywords=the+moses+code
